The Financial Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Associate’s Degree or some college preferred; high school diploma or GED and a minimum of
three years’ related experience and/or training in office administration and basic bookkeeping
is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred skills include but are limited to: (a) Effective verbal, listening, writing, and communication skills. (b) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. (c) Ability to work well with others at all levels (d) Highly proficient computer skills (e) Attention to details with a high level of accuracy. (e) Ability to manage multiple projects and volunteers. (f) Ability to plan advance and work cooperatively as a team member.

The Office Manager will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers,
which can cause muscle strain. The Office Manager will occasionally lift supplies and materials
of up to 25 pounds.
